
Coordinate and provide support in effective implementation of the training and organization development activities within the company's and department objectives.
1. Assist in Developing a healthy organizational culture, effective organization communication, enhance organization performance management system.
· Assist in creating & drafting job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility and prerequisites.
· Organize and update organizational structure manual that includes allocation of approved responsibilities for different functions and processes.
· Assist in conducting surveys to measure employee satisfaction, working environment, tangible and intangible motivators.
· Assist in monitoring the annual performance appraisals process.
· Assist in executing the OSC process, analyze results and develop statistical findings and reports..
· Assist in monitoring the development of the individual operating plan process. (Preliminary Workshops, OSC delivery dates, Meeting with consultants, etc)
2. Execute programs on employee’s motivation, satisfaction, career development and succession.
· Search, inspect and evaluate other development programs in different business markets (int’l & local) and compile Stakeholders’ opinion. (e.g. STARS Program, Succession planning program, Rewards & Recognition program, .etc)
· Assist in developing program action plans/ manuals.
· Participate in creating awareness for the newly applied systems. (e.g Posters, Portal, EVA Magazine..etc)
· Assist in the implementation of correct procedures and give feedback.
3. Assist in Familiarizing new employees with jobs, coworkers and organizational policies and services.
· Conduct a comprehensive “Induction Program” for all new hired managers that include the basic background information about EVA Pharma and information needed to perform their jobs adequately.
4. Assist in maintaining high performance work environment that value interpersonal relationship for better work life balance
· Participate in arranging social events as well as other various employee relation activities.
· Provide new ideas for activities that can contribute to increased interpersonal relationships.
5. Dedicate 10% of monthly working hours for factories visits to promote communication/interaction between HR team members in HQ and Factories.
6. Represent the company in any event or perform other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor Degree Major: Any Relevant Discipline
Experience: 2-5 years of experience.
