Oversees and directs production operations ensuring the achievement of daily production and quality goal by complying with EVA Pharma procedures and safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the receipt of batch records after the Production Manager’s approval through the production department secretary.
- Responsible for release of raw materials from the raw materials warehouse, following up on their transfer to the preparation floor, and executing all instructions related to production and prevention of cross contamination and line clearance.
- Follow-up on preparation and cleaning of the preparation line with the operating technician in accordance with the instructions of the operation and cleaning of machines to ensure compliance to cleaning quality.
- Responsible for the start of the preparation according to the preparation steps and environmental conditions which are recorded in the batch record.
- Ensure batches are closed and receive Overstocks Batch after distinguishing with a card (under examination) until getting quality approval to deal with it in accordance with the instructions of the re-production and then follow-up re-packaging.
- Participate with research and development department in the production of new products.
- Follow-up on repair of machines during operation by using the reporting form for failure during operation.
- Ensure providing of the personal protection equipments and follow-up to attend the departure of employees and their dependents.
1- Bachelor of pharmaceutical science.
2- 0-3 years of experience.
