To implement the set maintenance programs, ensuring maximum utilization of equipment and machinery abiding to the documented ISO standards and quality measures. The job also includes the upgrade of the technical capabilities of the Technical Staff, to ensure works is up to the required standards.
1)Preparing the yearly budget of departmental expenses, and engineering Capital, and monthly reviewing both according to the approved budget.
2)Preparing the yearly preventive maintenance plan, and issue the monthly maintenance plan by coordination with production planning department .
3) Preparing plan and list for the required spare parts ( foreign and local ) for all machines every year and execute the plan according to the approved budget .
4) Issue, following up, and GRA ( Good Receiving Acceptance ) approval, of local and foreign purchase requisitions of spare parts .
5)Supervise execution of the monthly preventive and running maintenance plans as well as the corrective maintenance jobs for equipment in the area of responsibilities .
6)Check and insure records and updating of maintenance works in the log books for all machines, as higher authorization level in this task above foreman and maintenance coordinator according to quality requirement.
7)Prepare, Supervise and participate of executing the Installation of new equipment as well as the Qualification (IQ) & Operation Qualifications (OQ) for all machines in FAT( Factory Acceptance Test ) and SAT ( Site Acceptance Test ) .
