To implement the set maintenance programs, ensuring maximum utilization of equipment and machinery abiding to the documented ISO standards and quality measures. The job also includes the upgrade of the technical capabilities of the Technical Staff to ensure works is up to the required standards.
1- Implement the preventive actions according to plan.
2- Executes the approved preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of the plan.
3- Participates in the execution of major shut-down activities as per the set schedules, ensuring their timely and efficient execution.
4- Application and implementation of instructions for the ISO and the completion of all ISO related paperwork.
5- Follow-up on the regular maintenance scheduled of production machines.
6- Assist in the training of technicians on the operation and maintenance.
7- Generate assigned area “Maintenance Weekly Report” outlining analysis of; response times, team’s productivity, spare parts consumption etc.),
1- Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical orElectrical engineering.
2- Previous Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
3- Language Skills: Very good English.
4- Computer skills: Good Word and Excel.
5- Other skills: Good knowledge of PLC and control and experience in electronics.
