EVA Pharma Continuous Development Academy Dean (ECDA Dean)

Job Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

 

1- Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the academy.

2- This includes the selection, training and supervision of all full time, part time, and temporary staff.

3- Provide leadership and support to the educational department.

4- Responsible for operating the work-study program and managing all employees and work details.

5-  The dean must establish policies for accurately tracking and documenting the work-study program, hours and duties.

6- Oversee the delivery and effectiveness of teaching staff.

7- Ensure that the academic materials meet the standards and requirements of the accrediting body and regulators.

 

Job Requirements:

1- Minmum 15 years of Academic / Training experience with at least 3 years in similar in house academy.

2- Bsc. degree in any medical background will be an asset.

3- Has proven Administrative Ability.

4- Believe in the role of private sector in developing human capabilities in Egyptian society
