General Summary

Supervises communication planning initiatives and activities, ensuring compliance with established public relations policies, procedures and guidelines.

Job Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Reviews publications related to the organization as issued by third parties in print and other media sources. Provides reports to supervisors on the same.
  • Assist the Corporate Communication Manager with the planning and execution of corporate events throughout the year. Liaise with internal and external constituents to gather presentation and content for material to be displayed and/or presented.
  • Responsible for the development of and the implementation of internal communications mechanisms including but not limited to print publications, announcements, and web-based internal communications.
  • Liaises with various external publication entities on a routine basis in order to provide feedback and comment on material circulated related to the organization.
  • Coordinates and provides the necessary execution of various events as organized by the company.
  • Provides assistance, as appropriate in the development of communication policies, procedures and regulations and in the process of formulating communication plans.
  • Provide daily support with basic to advanced research requests including competitive brand research, internal program and product research and media research.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of marketing or corporate communication.
  • Experience in organization of events.
  • Competent knowledge in English and Arabic – spoken and written
