Controls the quality of EVA Pharma products through supervising the QC section employees.

To implement the set maintenance programs, ensuring maximum utilization of equipment and machinery abiding to the documented ISO standards and quality measures.  The job also includes the upgrade of the technical capabilities of the Technical Staff, to ensure works is up to the required standards.

Plans, directs and coordinates the production plan with all concerned parties ensuring its effective and efficient implementation.

Provides leadership under direction of R&D Manager and supervision of relevant section head to the staff members of the relevant Research Development Department to develop, & validate trials for the production of pharmaceutical dosage forms in support of the company research objectives and ensure timely preparation that support the product registration process and launch onto the market.

Oversees and directs production operations ensuring the achievement of daily production and quality goal by complying with EVA Pharma procedures and safety policies and procedures.

To ensure the implementation of quality assurance procedures, in-process and finished product inspections, complying with EVA Pharma best practices and approved quality standards.

Performs wet, instrumental analysis, physical testing and chemical analysis to ensure products’ compliance to standards.

Actively participate in development & formulation of pharmaceutical dosage forms to fulfill the company’s research objectives.

The representative is ethically responsible for the Medical Promotion for assigned pharmaceutical products. He/She is accountable for achieving the sales for his/her territory as approved in the territory business plan to targeted physicians both in the institutional and private sectors.

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product positioning, working closely with sales, training and other supportive departments, new product development and product launch.

Responsible for filing of all master documents and all batch records.

Receives and separates samples; verify proper chain of custody, prioritize re-preps, determine prep dilutions, create batch worksheet and labels.

Responsible of following up the new batches produced from capping or coating machines and their blistering materials

Provide administrative support to the Department Manager. Duties include general secretarial and administrative based work.
